Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver cost management services end-to-end or as a key member of larger project teams on complex projects.
  • •Support clients’ objectives through effective cost management from pre-contract stages through project completion and handover.
  • •Administer JCT and NEC contracts and manage contract administration activities.
  • •Produce and present monthly post-contract cost reports.
  • •Manage procurement activities (pre-qualification, tender enquiry, analysis, selection, and contract preparation) and negotiate final accounts effectively.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of and experience within the healthcare and/or education sectors.
  • •Ability to guide clients through project stages from feasibility to completion.
  • •Experience delivering projects through two-stage tendering.
  • •Experience administering JCT and NEC contracts.
  • •Degree qualified in construction, cost management, or Quantity surveying; MRICS preferred or relevant experience.
