Own end-to-end construction estimating for PMC projects, from interpreting drawings, specifications, RFPs, and contracts to producing full project estimates and bid package breakdowns. Quantify how assumptions and project actions impact estimates, develop wage rate build-ups, material take-offs, and cash flow schedules, and apply cost structures and EVMS principles. Provide guidance to less experienced estimating staff and support estimate planning.
