Senior Counsel, Shareholder Litigation

Manage and drive the defense of securities class actions, shareholder derivative litigation, and related complex civil matters. Serve as Coinbase’s primary in-house point of contact, shaping litigation strategy from pleadings through resolution and advising senior leadership and the board on risk. Lead pleadings, discovery, motions, expert work, settlement negotiations, and oversee outside counsel. Monitor evolving corporate law and advise on governance and disclosure impacts, including coordination with D&O insurance partners.
