Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop the Mobility team to deliver exceptional services and employee experiences.
•Partner with the Global Mobility team to align local practices with Pandora’s Global Mobility Framework.
•Establish and implement local mobility policies to support business expansion and projects like Kingfisher.
•Oversee expatriate policies and procedures to ensure compliance with global practices and local regulations.
•Coordinate with BOI and Legal teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient mobility operations and cost-effective solutions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
•Minimum 3 years of expatriate management experience and at least 2 years of people management experience
•Strong experience in global mobility, vendor management, work permits, and visa processes
•Ability to drive solutions to complex business challenges and deliver sustainable results
•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
