Key Responsibilities

  • •Optimize and simplify back-office follow-up for customer services, complaints, and repair cases with the sales team.
  • •Monitor service-related operations KPIs to drive business performance and ensure operational effectiveness.
  • •Support store opening/closing, ensuring accurate till controls and cash remittances.
  • •Review till operation reports in the internal tool and assist with negative stock and stock discrepancies.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6 years of relevant retail management operations experience in luxury brand, high-end fashion, jewelry, and watch retailing or similar capacity.
  • •Well-organized and rigorous, able to organize work autonomously.
  • •Pleasant, hard-working, service-minded, with excellent communication skills.
  • •Proficient with computer skills and MS Office.
  • •Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin.
