Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead downstream engineering activities within global refurbishment to deliver B‑grade output for the aftersales markets.
  • •Maintain, coordinate, and deliver engineering processes, governance, and technical decision‑making for refurbishment engineering across EMEA.
  • •Drive yield, cost, and throughput improvements through data‑led analysis.
  • •Lead process optimisation initiatives in collaboration with internal and external operations teams, equipment suppliers, and Dyson support functions.
  • •Support the development and launch of B‑grade products into global markets.

  • •Proven experience leading downstream engineering activities in refurbishment or similar manufacturing contexts.
