Key Responsibilities

  • •Welcome attendees at entrances and communicate Ground Control’s presence and purpose.
  • •Follow shift schedules, pump water at refill stations, and patrol event zones with assigned group mates.
  • •Learn to operate a two-way radio and perform emergency medical calls.
  • •Respond to radio calls and assist distressed individuals when needed.
  • •Memorize event-guide information, understand evacuation procedures, and provide entrance support using megaphones.
