Job Summary

Provide steady-state and escalation support for the messaging and collaboration infrastructure across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Own on-call responsibilities, handle complex integration and security/compliance issues, and perform upgrade and maintenance activities. Administer Exchange Online, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender for Office 365 policies, and Power Platform governance. Support SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and MS Teams environments, using ITSM processes and monitoring tools to keep services secure, compliant, and highly available.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide steady-state support for the email and collaboration infrastructure, including on-call coverage, escalations, critical issue handling, and server upgrade/maintenance activities.
•Deliver advanced technical support for M365 services, troubleshooting complex integration issues and ensuring minimal disruption for end users.
•Administer M365 security and compliance capabilities, including data governance, sensitivity labeling, DLP, insider risk management, and policy tuning.
•Manage Power Platform governance and day-to-day operations for Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Copilot Studio environments.
•Administer SharePoint Online and collaboration components, including permissions, security hardening, monitoring/analytics, and reporting using M365 admin tools.

Key Requirements

•Provide advanced support for Exchange Online and Microsoft Purview administration, resolving complex issues with minimal disruption to end users.
•Demonstrate expertise in Microsoft 365 data governance and security/compliance, including data classification, sensitivity labeling, DLP, and insider risk management.
•Configure and fine-tune anti-phishing, anti-spam, and anti-malware policies in Microsoft Defender for Office 365.
•Administer Power Platform governance and operations, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
•Have in-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online administration (permissions, architecture, security hardening) and experience with MS Teams and ITSM request/incident/change/problem management.
