Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute end-to-end GTM projects (minimum of 3 successful implementations), managing accounts to ensure timely delivery, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • •Configure GTM modules including Trade Compliance Management, Screening, License Management, Customs Filing, Trade Agreements, and Incentive Programs.
  • •Build and manage project configuration elements such as agents, saved queries, custom actions, screen sets, user preferences, and workbenches.
  • •Support integration with ERP systems (EBS, JDE, Fusion, SAP) using OIC, Boomi, MuleSoft, or SOA.
  • •Develop standards/processes for project execution, prepare test data, run internal/UAT, support go-live, and manage quarterly upgrades plus post-implementation troubleshooting.

Key Requirements

  • •8–15 years of hands-on experience implementing GTM (Global Trade Management) solutions end-to-end.
  • •Strong understanding of trade compliance, customs, and related trade processes with techno-functional expertise in GTM modules.
  • •Proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, BI Publisher XML, and MS-Office tools.
  • •Experience with integration layers such as OIC, Boomi, MuleSoft, or SOA, including ERP integrations (EBS, JDE, Fusion, SAP).
  • •Basic understanding of OTM (Oracle Transportation Management).
