Job Summary

Own and grow Canva’s organic presence in South Korea by running the Naver Blog end to end—building editorial calendars from keyword research and intent, creating and optimizing high-quality Korean content, and improving visibility and rankings. Expand across other Naver surfaces (Café, Knowledge iN, video), track performance, and collaborate with the SEO and marketing/community teams. Manage and QA a pool of freelance copywriters, leveraging AI tools to improve workflow efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•Run and continuously improve Canva’s Naver Blog as a core organic channel, owning editorial quality, consistency, and performance.
•Develop and manage an editorial calendar using keyword research, audience intent, and Naver platform insights.
•Write, edit, and publish Korean-language SEO-optimized content and optimize landing pages and content credibility.
•Expand organic content beyond the blog across other Naver surfaces and manage engagement through comments and community interactions.
•Build and lead a pool of freelance copywriters, including hiring/onboarding, briefing, feedback/coaching, and QA before publication.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in SEO, content marketing, and/or digital marketing.
•Native or near-native Korean proficiency with business-level English.
•Proven experience with SEO content writing/content marketing, including a portfolio showing successful outcomes.
•Strong copywriting and copy editing skills, including giving constructive feedback to other writers.
•Experience managing/guiding other writers or freelancers and publishing content in a CMS.
