Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

  • •Support overall resource planning, including survey resourcing, fortnightly comms with ecology PMs on deadlines, and maintaining project programmes.
  • •Manage project budgets and land access processes, including Horizon-based reviews, budget checks, invoicing, and tracking scope creep and compensation events.
  • •Contribute to bids and tenders for new work and maintain client relationships through project communications.
  • •Handle annual checks and renewal of subconsultants, including preparing subconsultant contracts and raising purchase orders.
  • •Assist with risk assessments and method statements, support quality management and review client deliverables as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Have an appropriate academic qualification in a related discipline.
  • •Be highly organised and able to produce project programmes.
  • •Have good commercial awareness and an understanding of contract administration.
  • •Be solution-focused and a proactive communicator.
  • •Have ecologist experience or experience in another technical environmental discipline with an interest in office-based project management and coordination.
