Job Summary

Own administration, support, and continuous improvement of the Workday platform for HR processes. Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to configure business processes, security, reporting, and integrations. Lead enhancements through requirements, testing, release readiness, and documentation while ensuring data integrity and governance. Troubleshoot system and integration issues, coordinate validation with stakeholders, and provide HR-focused end-user support and training.

•Manage day-to-day administration and support of the Workday platform.
•Configure and maintain Workday business processes, organizations, and security aligned to governance standards.
•Lead enhancements: gather requirements, design/testing, deploy improvements, and coordinate adoption of new Workday functionality.
•Support release readiness and functional validation by partnering with release management and facilitating business testing.
•Ensure data integrity through governance, reporting support, data audits, and troubleshooting data-related issues.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
•7–10 years of overall HRIS/HR Technology experience, including 4–6+ years of hands-on Workday experience.

•Strong understanding of Core HCM and employee lifecycle processes.
•Experience managing stakeholders and delivering HRIS system enhancements.
