Team Leader - 1st Shift

Lead day-to-day line operations on-site, coordinating work assignments to achieve safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, and training goals. Operate across multiple stations, troubleshoot and escalate line issues, ensure pull systems and TAKT standards are followed, and document misses. For higher team lead levels, drive continuous improvement (e.g., standard work, audits, 5s/TPM, GEMBA/LGS) and conduct safety and quality accountability within the zone.
