Key Responsibilities

•Commission chillers and HVAC systems and support their ongoing operation.
•Repair HVAC equipment and handle service requirements and complaints for chiller models and low-side systems.
•Perform preventive maintenance (PPM) for chillers according to company SOP.
•Conduct RCA for failures and share findings with the Quality team and FFL.
•Ensure adherence to Trane EHS guidelines, lead weekly team meetings, and submit daily reports while managing customer service needs professionally.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience in chiller servicing, installation, warranty tasks, and AMC support.
•Strong technical knowledge of chiller systems.
•Ability to handle customer interactions and service requests effectively.
•Working knowledge of MS Office, email tools, and internet-based systems.
•Strong commitment to EHS standards and quality execution.
