Key Responsibilities

  • •Design custom prompt frameworks for our core infrastructure agents and define how they interact with backend systems.
  • •Build smart context engineering as a mix of backend work and system design to support scalable agent workloads.
  • •Address safety, reliability, and latency challenges across LLM-enabled components at scale.
  • •Drive technical decisions and architecture design, shaping the foundation of our AI solutions.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with co-founders and team members to translate business vision into actionable project plans and own the product from ideation to launch.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •2-10 years of hands-on general engineering + context engineering experience
  • •Strong background in JS/TypeScript and Python
  • •Proficiency in Next.js

  • •Knowledge of Docker is a big plus and HIPAA experience is useful
