Solutions Architect for the Lakebase product line, partnering with Account Executives to design and execute high-impact engagement strategies across assigned accounts. You’ll provide technical leadership, craft customer-facing collateral, influence product roadmaps with data-driven insights, and serve as a tier-3 escalation point for complex challenges in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and execute high-impact engagement strategies across your territory with GTM leadership and account teams.
•Serve as an expert Solutions Architect and trusted advisor, building technical credibility to drive product adoption and vision.
•Enable clients at scale through workshops and customer-facing collateral to increase technical knowledge and thought leadership.
•Influence product roadmap by translating field-derived, data-driven insights into strategic recommendations for Product and Engineering teams.
•Handle the most complex technical challenges in this product line by acting as the tier-3 escalation point for the field, ensuring customer success in mission-critical environments.

Key Requirements

•6+ years in a customer-facing, pre-sales or consulting role influencing technical executives, driving high-level data strategy and product adoption.
•Proven ability to co-plan large territories with Account Executives and operate in a highly coordinated, cross-functional effort across GTM and R&D teams.
•Experience collaborating with Global System Integrators (GSIs) and third-party consulting organizations to drive customer outcomes.
•Proficient in programming, debugging, and problem-solving using SQL and Python.
•Hands-on experience building solutions within major public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
