Job Summary

Support Lucid’s in-house trade-in program by performing vehicle valuations for Lucid and non-Lucid vehicles, analyzing auction/wholesale and EV market trends, and delivering accurate trade-in offers. Coordinate trade-in intake and escalation resolution across Sales, Delivery, Service, and Title Operations. Track key KPIs (conversion, gross profit, cycle time) and build reports, while driving efficiency through automation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform trade-in valuations using market intelligence, auction data, vehicle history reports, and pricing tools.
•Review vehicle condition and ownership/title/accident information, factoring in market demand to determine offers.
•Provide accurate, timely trade-in offers balancing customer conversion, inventory needs, and profitability targets.
•Coordinate trade-in intake, transportation, title follow-up, and disposition activities, resolving trade-in escalations with internal teams and vendors.
•Analyze auction and retail/EV market trends, track operational KPIs, and develop reporting/insights to support pricing strategy and business planning.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

•Strong understanding of vehicle appraisal methodologies, market pricing, and wholesale channels.
•Experience working with vehicle history reports, auction data, and valuation tools.
•Advanced Excel skills with experience analyzing large data sets, plus strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
