Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development of comprehensive project estimates, including construction, fees, direct work, and other associated costs.
  • •Support capital planning by advising clients on strategies across large-scale portfolios and long-term investment decisions.
  • •Support procurement activities such as vendor prequalification, bid evaluation, bid leveling, and bid interviews/recommendations.
  • •Establish and manage cost reporting schedules, presenting cost reports and forecasts to clients with transparency and accuracy.
  • •Assess payment applications and change order requests, maintain a commercial risk register, and support end-to-end invoicing and financial close activities.

Key Requirements

  • •0–2 years of industry experience.
  • •Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree.
  • •Preferred degrees: Construction Management, Construction Science, Engineering, Project Management, or General Business.
  • •Ability to support development of comprehensive construction cost estimates and cost inputs.
  • •Engagement with vendors to review, validate, and challenge cost inputs.
