Sr. Manager, Quality Management System (QMS)

Develop, maintain, and lead Lucid’s enterprise Quality Management System in alignment with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001. Drive cross-functional governance, compliance, continuous improvement, and systemic quality excellence across Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Field Quality, and Customer Experience. Own the QMS through leadership, audit and compliance oversight, process governance and standardization, and change management, including training and organizational development to ensure effective adoption.
