•Originate and expand new client relationships with senior executives (CEOs, CFOs, Treasurers) and manage assigned relationships with ownership of client strategy, wallet share, and revenue growth.
•Develop and execute targeted marketing plans to build a sustainable pipeline of new business across technology clients, including semiconductors and hardware.
•Lead cross-functional deal teams across Leveraged Finance, Capital Markets, Portfolio Management, and Risk to deliver best-in-class outcomes and manage credit/transaction processes.
•Advise clients on capital structure, financing strategy, and market conditions using real-time market intelligence.
•Mentor and develop junior bankers and contribute to strategic initiatives to enhance the Technology banking franchise.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 190,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8–12+ years of Corporate or Investment Banking experience with coverage and/or origination responsibilities, with strong exposure to Semiconductor and Hardware subsectors.
•Proven ability to source, develop, and monetize client relationships at the senior executive level.
•Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage credibly with both clients and internal stakeholders.
•Strong credit, capital markets, and structuring expertise with the ability to deliver holistic client solutions; credit training preferred.
•Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
