Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and govern a portfolio of Quality and Compliance Systems programs across business units, sites, and regions.
  • •Define portfolio strategy, roadmap, priorities, budgets, resource plans, and investment requirements; monitor portfolio health, risks, dependencies, and value realization.
  • •Manage end-to-end delivery for multiple concurrent quality system implementations, upgrades, migrations, integrations, and modernization initiatives.
  • •Drive quality systems transformation across enterprise quality processes and platforms (eQMS, document management, LMS, regulatory information management, audit/inspection, CAPA, deviations, change control, complaints, supplier quality, training).
  • •Ensure systems comply with Life Sciences regulations and quality standards (GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, GAMP 5, ISO 13485) with validation, traceability, documentation, and audit readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Quality Management, IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • •12+ years of experience in IT, Quality Systems, Digital Transformation, or Program Management.
  • •5+ years managing enterprise portfolios or large-scale programs involving Quality and Compliance Systems.
  • •5+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, Healthcare, or broader Life Sciences.
  • •Strong regulated-system delivery experience, including validation lifecycle requirements.
