Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and monitor the hopper area to ensure extruders load the correct materials per work orders.
  • •Reclaim and grind materials from production start-ups and off-spec production for reuse.
  • •Collaborate with operators to determine appropriate regrind percentages and availability.
  • •Document and track material usage and production activities using MII, SAP, and Access.
  • •Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of grinders and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
