Senior Subcontracts Specialist

Own complex subcontract work by applying best practices to improve subcontract discipline across McDermott. Create and conduct RFPs/ITBs, manage tender correspondence, negotiate terms, and support award recommendations. Lead pre-award activities through subcontract award, including cost avoidance/savings and risk management reviews. Ensure compliance with subcontract policies, prepare reports and presentations, and resolve subcontract-related issues in coordination with site and subcontract teams.
