Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and conduct RFPs/ITBs, including vendor pre-qualifications, and draft subcontract documents.
  • •Manage tender correspondence, negotiate terms and conditions, shortlist, complete bid tabulations, and draft award recommendations.
  • •Lead pre-award activities through subcontract award; perform cost avoidance/savings and risk management reviews during subcontract formation.
  • •Review standard subcontracts for compliance with company/project policies and procedures before execution.
  • •Support subcontract management strategy, prepare presentations and reports, and help resolve subcontract-related issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant discipline.
  • •6-10 years of relevant experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of subcontract policies and processes.
  • •Proven ability to develop, negotiate, and administer complex subcontracts and understand related policies.
  • •Experience with the bid process and bid evaluation; field experience preferred.
