Key Responsibilities

  • •Design integration architectures for complex health data use cases.
  • •Write production code in the customers environment: building webhook consumers, data transformation layers, authentication flows, and retry logic against Terras API.
  • •Debug across the full stack: from device sync issues to webhook payload schema problems and data pipeline reliability.
  • •Own the technical relationship with 3–5 strategic accounts simultaneously from pre-sales scoping to production go-live.
  • •Translate field learnings into product improvements and build reference implementations, SDKs, and sample apps.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years building software, with direct experience designing and consuming REST APIs at scale.
  • •Owned integrations end-to-end: auth flows (OAuth 2.0, API keys), webhook architectures, error handling, retry logic, idempotency.
  • •Strong in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript — prototype a webhook consumer, build an SDK wrapper, or debug a customer’s data pipeline.
  • •Experience working directly with customers or partners in a technical capacity and translating data issues into root causes and fixes.
  • •Ability to context-switch between multiple customer architectures while maintaining depth, and to communicate clearly with both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
