Job Summary

Provide technical leadership for an Electronic Warfare Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities organization, serving as the primary Systems Engineering focal point for the program. Partner with program management, cross-functional engineering teams, supply chain, and customer stakeholders to shape system architectures, guide technical decisions, review technical baselines, and align execution across the program lifecycle. Support engineering risk mitigations, Engineering Review Boards, FRACA implementation, and staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary Systems Engineering focal point for the program.
•Provide technical leadership for engineering execution, influencing priorities and direction across disciplines to meet program objectives.
•Review technical baselines and ensure alignment with program phase requirements, including support for engineering reviews and technical meetings.
•Contribute to engineering risk mitigations, opportunity assessments, FRACA implementation, and timely technical issue resolution.
•Identify staffing needs and provide engineering inputs to Estimates at Completion (EACs), supporting estimates and execution alignment.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline (preferably Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or Physics).
•10+ years of relevant systems engineering experience for EW/Radar system development, including requirements decomposition, architecture definition, and system-level integration & verification planning.
•Prior experience as a Lead Systems Engineer, IPT Lead, or Program Systems Lead Engineer.
•The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.
•Experience with cost account management, schedule risk assessments, and sales forecasting is preferred.
