Job Summary

Deliver the Asylum Accommodation and Support Services (AASC) contract in your area by supporting service users, maintaining property standards, and completing monthly inspections and first-fix/minor repairs. Provide welfare support and signposting, manage incidents and requests via AIRE services, and ensure safeguarding, safety, and compliance (including emergency response and fire/CCTV routines). Maintain accurate reporting to meet contractual timescales.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver core AASC service user support services and provide inductions for new service users.
•Maintain property standards by completing monthly inspections, managing required maintenance, and undertaking first-fix/minor repairs.
•Provide welfare support and signposting, respond to requests/complaints/issues, and manage incidents raised via AIRE Services.
•Follow safeguarding processes, carry out welfare checks, deal with urgent medical needs, and support anti-social behaviour and children’s safeguarding.
•Support day-to-day operations (e.g., registers, post, reception duties), ensure building safety/compliance, monitor CCTV, and coordinate emergency evacuations.

Salary: GBP 29,250 annually

•Strong experience of working in a service environment with demonstrable communication skills.
•Knowledge/experience of working in a property-related environment.
