Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Build compelling product demonstrations and lead customer workshops that showcase how AI agents and automation can solve real-world manufacturing challenges, connecting customer goals to Salesforce solutions.
•Serve as a trusted advisor to both IT and business leaders, understanding customer objectives and articulating how Salesforce fits into their enterprise architecture and digital transformation roadmap.
•Collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to tailor solutions to specific customer needs across the manufacturing and industrial sector.
•Stay curious and continuously develop your knowledge of Salesforce's evolving AI capabilities and the latest innovations in manufacturing technology.
•Engage with customers to translate requirements into actionable pre-sales activities and ensure alignment with enterprise platforms and APIs.

Key Requirements

•Experience in a Solution Engineering, pre-sales, or Solution Consulting role with the ability to engage credibly across both technical and business audiences.
•Background in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations, or hands-on experience with automation, data platforms, or AI applications in an enterprise context.
•Strong communication skills to simplify complex topics for diverse customer stakeholders, from operators to executives.
•Fluency in English and French; German proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, AI Associate) and familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem are a plus.
