Deliver outstanding customer service and drive beauty sales by using product knowledge and makeup expertise. Maintain guest experience standards to build loyalty, answer customer questions, and recommend product ranges suited to each client’s needs. Own counter cleanliness, merchandising, promotions, stock replenishment, and new launches, while tracking sell-out targets and post-launch performance. Generate daily sales reports and monitor in-store stock using set procedures.
