Maintain venue equipment and facilities by installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive and emergency maintenance. Keep the venue safe and clean through regular cleaning, disinfecting, restocking supplies, and maintaining orderly work areas. Support production by repairing production equipment during events and machine service, performing machinist and mechanic tasks, and handling plumbing and carpentry repairs as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems.
•Keep the venue safe and clean by cleaning/disinfecting fixtures and restrooms, removing trash, and restocking hygiene supplies.
•Perform emergency/unscheduled and scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during productions and machine service.
•Perform machinist and mechanic tasks including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic troubleshooting and repair.
•Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders; diagnose problems, replace/repair parts, test, and make adjustments.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or equivalent production maintenance experience.
•Ability to perform independently and stay highly motivated.
•An AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance is a plus.
•Must be able to walk constantly, climb stairs, lift and carry 50 lbs+, and sit occasionally.
