Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development and execution of CEMEA's sales operating model aligned to growth strategy and long-term objectives.
  • •Drive sales performance management, including quota/target setting, KPIs, scorecards, executive dashboards, and revenue and productivity insights.
  • •Own and govern end-to-end sales processes (lead generation through contracting), including forecasting accuracy, pipeline governance, and deal management.
  • •Modernize and transform regional sales technology and data capabilities, including CRM optimization, analytics agenda, data governance, and AI-enabled strategy.
  • •Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Sales Operations organization across multiple geographies, advising senior leaders on transformation and resource allocation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • •15+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, Strategy, Management Consulting, Financial Services, Payments, Technology, or related disciplines.
  • •Proven success leading regional or global sales operations organizations in complex, matrixed environments.
  • •Deep expertise in sales planning, territory design, account coverage, quota management, performance management, pipeline governance, forecasting, and commercial transformation.
  • •Strong understanding of CRM platforms, sales technology ecosystems, analytics, automation, and AI applications, with cross-functional leadership experience.
