Job Summary

Gather, evaluate, and validate end-user requirements for the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) Case Management System (CMS). Partner with business and technology teams to define system functions, inputs/outputs, and controls, then translate needs into documented product/service requirements and test procedures with traceability. Support agile/SCRUM teams using ServiceNow for sprint/story management while applying TS/SCI-informed knowledge of Navy networks and information assurance policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate with business and technology teams to ascertain system requirements, including program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, and system techniques/controls.
•Analyze business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems.
•Interface between system architects/programmers and end users to ensure IT designs meet user needs within the organization.
•Document product/service requirements and develop test procedures to ensure user requests are carried out with traceability and test coverage.
•Provide functional expertise on system capabilities and business processes (including knowledge of work flows).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

•High School with 9+ years (or commensurate experience).
•TS/SCI clearance required.
•Analyze and compile software business logic discovery/mockups and develop/validate acceptance criteria for software development.
•Lead requirements working groups and user acceptance training sessions.
•Use the ServiceNow platform for sprint/story management and work with SCRUM teams using agile methodology.
