Key Responsibilities

•Set the Global Hardware Agenda: Define the long-term roadmap for Adyen’s physical presence with product’s support and ensure our partners help achieve that vision over a 3-5 year horizon.
•Lead Complex Ecosystem Commercials: Own end-to-end commercial lifecycle with global hardware partners, including development agreements, joint go-to-market incentives, and supply chain commitments.
•Bridge Product & Market Needs: Collaborate with Product Management to ensure hardware capabilities align with software ecosystem and translate merchant feedback into technical requirements.
•Scale Global Expansion: Lead hardware certification and distribution strategy in new markets while maintaining device security and reliability across regions.
•Drive Partner-Led Innovation: Push for merchant-first hardware features and custom designs that reduce checkout friction.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 258,000 - 375,000 annually
