Key Responsibilities

  • •Setup machinery by loading and unloading aircraft parts into the machine.
  • •Start and run machinery per standard procedures.
  • •Work with the machinist to optimize machines and produce quality parts.
  • •Monitor performance/process and troubleshoot where necessary; report problems.
  • •Perform inspections of produced parts with high accuracy and support preventative maintenance and continuous improvement (5S and Standard Work).

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma and a minimum of 2 years of relevant machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Eligible to work in Canada and meet all requirements under ITAR and CCGP.
  • •Demonstrated ability to operate and use an overhead crane safely.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills (English).
  • •Willingness to train in the cell and to work overtime.
