Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and evolve platform APIs for agent developers, including registration, auth, secrets, deployment, runtime, events, discovery, and evaluation.
  • •Build the observability layer to show what agents do in production, including logs, conversation history, execution traces, metrics, and failure reporting.
  • •Create evaluation as a first-class capability for defining and running evals, comparing versions, tracking quality, and catching regressions.
  • •Build and operate the underlying agent platform services, including identity and authorization, runtime orchestration, deployment, event routing, and the agent registry.
  • •Develop and run agents in production, including prompt and tool design, quality and cost tuning, keeping them healthy, and turning repeated customer patterns into platform features.
