Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary technical relationship manager for a portfolio of Korean game developers and publishers.
  • •Build trusted, long-term relationships with technical leaders and development teams across the Korean games industry.
  • •Lead partner engagements to deliver a consistent, high-quality developer experience and support throughout the development lifecycle.
  • •Bridge technical and business aspects of game development by collaborating with DTG engineers and business account management teams.
  • •Collect partner feedback internally and drive resolutions by maintaining strong ownership of partner accounts and game titles, including proactive risk and issue management.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional proficiency in both Korean and English.
  • •Strong understanding of the Korean game development industry, ecosystem, and studio culture, with experience working directly with Korean developers/publishers.
  • •Hands-on engineering experience with game development SDKs and the ability to understand and troubleshoot technical development challenges.
  • •Understanding of modern game development pipelines and production workflows.
  • •Undergraduate degree or equivalent industry experience, plus willingness to travel frequently within Korea and internationally (particularly to Japan).
