Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage Signature Success Plan customers, evaluating and recommending optimization strategies for B2C Commerce technical architecture, DevOps, performance, and solution design.
  • •Act as a trusted B2C Commerce SME for the Cloud Success organization, delivering proactive/reactive architecture, solution strategy, and product expertise.
  • •Translate complex technical concepts for technical/business stakeholders and executive leadership to guide crucial decisions.
  • •Identify and evaluate capability gaps and recommend standard product enhancements or creative custom solutions to maximize customer success and adoption.
  • •Build relationships with internal and external partners and collaborate on initiatives that support broader goals and growth.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of enterprise consulting experience implementing enterprise software solutions in the Commerce space as a lead developer or architect.
  • •Hands-on experience with the Salesforce B2C Commerce platform.
  • •Deep understanding of data modeling, integration architectures, and data governance best practices.
  • •Good understanding of B2C Commerce development tools (Script API, Pipelines, OCAPI/SCAPI, PWAKit).
  • •Salesforce B2C Commerce architecture and ecosystem knowledge including relationships between Business Manager, storefront, Einstein configurator, and Reports & Dashboards.
