Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify cosmetic imperfections and/or repairs pre-reconditioning and post-paint process.
  • •Perform additional vehicle prep tasks such as sanding and masking as needed.
  • •Prepare vehicles for cosmetic paintwork using methods such as sanding, masking, taping, bagging, tear down, and buffing.
  • •Assist with inspection and reconditioning workflows in Carvana’s inspection centers.
  • •Support the production process for low-mileage, late-model vehicles before they are prepared for customers.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
  • •Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may be subject to an MVR check).
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
  • •Use of safety equipment such as face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments.
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
