•Develop and manage regional growth plans for brands in Toys & Games, in conjunction with brand teams, distributors and country sales teams.
•Diagnose brand performance with data, identifying gaps in assortment, catalog issues, share opportunities and actionable plans.
•Build and lead executive sessions with brand directors in Latin America, presenting diagnoses, plans and results.
•Manage relationships with local distributors, aligning investments, resolving frictions and developing joint improvement plans.
•Coordinate with Ads, Mercado Pago, Experience, Product and Marketing to construct integrated value propositions for the brands.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Administration or related fields.
