Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and execute Puma China Core apparel merchandising, including building range architecture, product segment, and SMU to maximize the Core apparel business.
  • •Support the Team Head in developing and implementing Core merchandising strategy aligned with company business goals and targets.
  • •Plan Core apparel consumer-focused assortments to drive growth and revenue across inline and value channels (MFO and Ecom), including pricing strategy and seasonal stories.
  • •Conduct seasonal sell-in and sell-through analysis, derive key learnings, and monitor customer insights and sales data to identify growth and innovation opportunities.
  • •Lead cross-functional communications for GTM milestones and operate seasonal forecasting and merchandising system tasks (range upload and other relevant operations) in global and local systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • •At least 7 years of relevant experience in merchandising, product line management, product creation, and buying/assortment planning in the sportswear/fashion industry.
  • •Strong computer skills, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • •Fluent English and Mandarin (oral and written).
  • •Experience in MFO and Ecom apparel management is a plus.
