Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in updating and creating internal documentation, including user guides and procedures related to internal controls.
  • •Ensure the quality and coherence of documentation in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • •Contribute to the preparation of reporting for top management, process owners, and business lines by collecting data and presenting it clearly.
  • •Analyse results of first-level internal controls and propose improvements or adjustments when necessary.
  • •Operate and monitor the eFront tool daily, verify control execution, follow action plans, and prepare internal communication supports.
