Maintenance Supervisor

Supervise maintenance operations for mobile equipment at an assigned recycling facility, ensuring environmentally sound, safe, cost-effective, planned, and efficient work. Prioritize and schedule assignments, assess repairs, and monitor maintenance quality while leading direct reports. Develop and evaluate maintenance policies, track operational and personnel records, manage budgeting and contracts, and coordinate daily with internal and external customers to support satisfaction and performance improvements.
