HR Data Specialist (m/w/d)

Own HR cost controlling and budgeting/forecasting activities, and support capacity planning with headcount and personnel cost forecasts. Serve as the audit point of contact by ensuring a compliant, document-ready HR data setup. Develop and improve HR reporting, analytics, and HRIS solutions for efficient use of personnel data, producing management reports with data-driven recommendations while maintaining high data quality and consistency.
