Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain daily inventory appearance, security, and organization of vehicle zones and parking areas.
  • •Track incoming and outgoing inventory through shipping and receiving processes to support accurate records.
  • •Receive and prepare vehicles, including pairing locators, capturing photos, and securing keys for sale or auction readiness.
  • •Perform daily inventory scanning and reconciliation to ensure accurate, real-time site inventory visibility.
  • •Support auction operations, assist with preparation and coordination, and contribute to new associate training while following EH&S requirements.
