Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently manage facility and bond underwriting for corporate clients; conduct creditworthiness and risk analyses, prepare quotations, and negotiate terms, bond wordings, indemnities, and other recourse documents in line with local and group standards
  • •Implement and manage surety contracts for domestic business
  • •Monitor market trends and emerging risks; adapt strategies to maintain competitiveness
  • •Collaborate closely with other LOBs, Sales, and Claims on cross-line opportunities
  • •Proactively manage underwriting portfolios to drive profitability and support strategic initiatives

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in Surety underwriting, with strong preference for large industrial corporate clients

  • •Proven track record in managing profitable underwriting portfolios and strategic initiatives
  • •Deep understanding of surety market, products, and regulations
