Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with HR and business stakeholders to assess challenges, align cross-functional priorities, and develop scalable solutions for HR initiatives and M&A integration outcomes.
  • •Manage HR M&A integration activities across pre-close planning, Day 1 readiness, post-close execution, and stabilization.
  • •Develop and maintain integration plans, project trackers, governance materials, executive updates, and deliverables to ensure alignment and visibility.
  • •Drive post-close stabilization programs and priority integration activities with M&A leadership and HR functional teams.
  • •Implement process improvement initiatives to simplify operations, strengthen controls, and identify system enhancements and AI-enabled ways of working.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 104,230 - 178,680 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience preferred).
  • •Experience leading global HR programs, strategic initiatives, organizational transformation, and change management programs.
  • •Background in HR Centers of Excellence (COE), HR Business Partner (HRBP), HR Shared Services, or enterprise HR operations.
  • •Experience supporting HR mergers and acquisitions integration, including pre-close planning, Day 1 readiness, post-close execution, and stabilization.
  • •Strong expertise in program and project management, including prioritization, dependency management, and execution of complex initiatives.
