Job Summary

Lead cross-functional technical projects for mission-critical edge compute capabilities aligned to the core product roadmap. Build and manage project plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reporting; run milestone meetings and tollgates; and own risk, dependencies, and schedule recovery. Coordinate with engineering, product management, manufacturing, and goTenna staff/vendors, including integration work supporting government customers.

•Develop, track, analyze, and manage detailed project plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
•Plan and lead project milestone meetings and tollgates, coordinating project components and generating meeting materials.
•Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance regulations, and government contract requirements for project milestones.
•Conduct thorough risk management, manage delays by realigning schedules/expectations, and provide regular status updates to management.
•Support government customer engagements by coordinating meetings, test events, demonstrations, and contractual agreement drafting with partners and vendors.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
•At least 4 years of technical project management experience, with experience in sensors, compute systems, or wireless communications a plus.
•Experience delivering projects using Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall from concept through production launch, working alongside Scrum Masters.
•Proficiency in core project management disciplines: scope, schedule, project plans, budget, resources, quality, and risk management.
•Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and presentation).
