Detail-oriented Compensation Lead to own end-to-end management of compensation systems, lead semiannual cycles, participate in annual market studies, and drive data-driven improvements across global pay programs. Key Responsibilities

•Manage the end-to-end administration of our semiannual compensation processes
•Develop and participate in all components of our annual compensation studies to evaluate market positioning, including benchmarking submissions and updates to cash and equity structures/ranges
•Conduct special projects for ad hoc compensation analyses across incentive programs, equity, and pay equity
•Own the pay reporting process for the various geographies Affirm supports
•Assist with compensation training and communications

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 112,000 - 172,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in compensation or people analytics
•Experience with compensation management systems (with a strong preference towards Pave)
•Passion for working with data and an analytical mindset to turn raw data into actionable insights using tools (Excel / Google Sheets, Sigma Computing, Claude Code, etc.)
•Attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
•Strong team orientation with collaborative style; ability to communicate clearly across internal teams to meet deadlines
