Key Responsibilities

•Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules across multiple real estate development projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines; identify critical paths, milestones, and dependencies to ensure successful project delivery.
•Track project performance against schedules and KPIs, identify delays, and provide recommendations to recover timelines; prepare and deliver progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
•Conduct regular risk analysis and collaborate with project managers to mitigate risks and address delays or cost overruns.
•Provide technical input in claims evaluation for extension of time and support dispute resolution measures.
•Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (design, procurement, construction, contractors, consultants, regulatory bodies) to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
•PMP (Project Management Professional) or PSP (Planning and Scheduling Professional) certification is highly preferred.
•Minimum 7-10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, specifically in real estate or construction, with PMO experience considered an advantage.
•Proficiency in planning and scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, and experience generating visual timelines with Power BI or Excel.
•Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and teams.
