Manage the Al Silaa branch and reporting regional branches to drive new business growth and strengthen existing customer relationships. Ensure quality service delivery and efficient operations compliant with Islamic Sharia, with well-controlled risk. Own business acquisition through sales planning, coaching, and customer engagement; oversee service standards, retention, and complaint handling; supervise operational compliance and credit approvals; mentor and develop branch staff and manage profitability and governance.
