Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Lead technical evaluations with AI engineering teams considering ClickHouse as their observability data store, from initial architecture review through POC and production deployment.
•Engage with data engineers, ML engineers, and platform architects to map LLM application stack and trace data requirements to ClickHouse | Langfuse capabilities.
•Work with customer organizations from individual contributors to CTOs to understand evaluation workflows and design reference implementations and ingestion patterns for LLM trace data at scale.
•Source and qualify pipeline directly through ecosystem relationships and community engagement, and collaborate with AEs to progress opportunities in AI observability.
•Serve as ClickHouse’s technical voice in the Langfuse community, build relationships for joint GTM opportunities, and create technical content and demos.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience in the LLM observability or AI monitoring space.
•Technical depth in the modern AI stack (prompt engineering, RAG architectures, evaluation frameworks).
•Customer-facing experience (pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical account management).
•Strong foundation in data infrastructure and cloud infrastructure; familiarity with ClickHouse, Postgres, or columnar databases preferred.
•Open source mindset and ability to contribute authentically to communities.
