Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical evaluations with AI engineering teams considering ClickHouse as their observability data store, from initial architecture review through POC and production deployment.
  • •Engage with data engineers, ML engineers, and platform architects to map LLM application stack and trace data requirements to ClickHouse | Langfuse capabilities.
  • •Work with customer organizations from individual contributors to CTOs to understand evaluation workflows and design reference implementations and ingestion patterns for LLM trace data at scale.
  • •Source and qualify pipeline directly through ecosystem relationships and community engagement, and collaborate with AEs to progress opportunities in AI observability.
  • •Serve as ClickHouse’s technical voice in the Langfuse community, build relationships for joint GTM opportunities, and create technical content and demos.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience in the LLM observability or AI monitoring space.
  • •Technical depth in the modern AI stack (prompt engineering, RAG architectures, evaluation frameworks).
  • •Customer-facing experience (pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical account management).
  • •Strong foundation in data infrastructure and cloud infrastructure; familiarity with ClickHouse, Postgres, or columnar databases preferred.
  • •Open source mindset and ability to contribute authentically to communities.
